Sara Dannan is an experienced creative change management and strategic communications leader with expertise spanning over two decades. Sara has extensive experience in driving successful change management initiatives across a variety of technology implementations from HCM and ERP systems to CRM and collaboration and productivity tools. By strategically managing transitions and adoption for these platforms, she has helped organizations streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and achieve measurable outcomes. Sara has also led people-centered change initiatives, including leadership transitions, values and strategy rollouts, and workforce shifts, as well as fostering and mergers and acquisitions.

Sara holds an MBA from Fontbonne University and a BA in Communication from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She is PROSCI-certified and proficient in leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint to enhance communication and change initiatives.
